Patrick is the Managing Member of Benefit Plans Plus, L.L.C. He has more than 25 years of retirement plan industry experience in Banking/Trust, Insurance and Third Party Administrative environments.  He is responsible for executing the firm’s business plan including new business development.  In addition, he specializes in financial advisor channel relations, prospecting/closing presentations, vendor searches and fiduciary consulting. Patrick’s reputation as a nationally recognized industry expert has led him to numerous speaking and panelist opportunities at various conferences.  He currently serves as a board and executive committee member for the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA),  (AIRE) Board of Managers, TPAresources.com Advisory Board, and the ASPire TPA Advisory Council.  Email

Judy has more than 21 years of experience in the retirement plan and investment services industry. Her current responsibilities include trust accounting, non-discrimination testing, and government reporting for qualified plans. Micah serves as Retirement Plan Specialist and additionally assists with business development & marketing efforts. He has multiple years of experience in the accounting and financial services industry. Prior to joining BPP, he served as an auditor for Brown Smith Wallace, LLP, while also working as a Marketing Specialist at Firmus, LLC. He is currently responsible for plan administration and marketing strategy, while supporting multiple other BPP teams: business development and consulting.  Additionally, Micah regularly volunteers with We Love St. Charles, a non-profit organization that cares for the city through mentoring impoverished families and at-risk youth through family support and intervention, homeless prevention, and job training. Eddiemae Brown is Retirement Plan Specialist and has more than 26 years of experience as a consultant and business analyst. Prior to joining Benefit Plans Plus, Eddiemae served as a consultant for Integrated Benefit Solutions. Jeana serves as the Team Lead of the new plan installation team. She joined the firm when Qualified Plan Services, Ltd. (QPS) and BPP merged in May 2009. She has more than 15 years of experience in the retirement plan and investment services industry and is responsible for our initial client relationships. This role includes bringing all new clients in-house, assisting existing clients with vendor changes and recordkeeping for non-qualified deferred compensation lines of business. Her current role focuses on plan administration with an emphasis on high volume case loads. She is currently responsible for managing our client/prospect database, following up on sales calls, preparing prospect research packets, and managing other business development activities. Michelle is Principal over Operations and serves on the BPP executive team. Her primary focus is in automating and creating business efficiencies that positively impact workflow and the bottom line. Additionally, she is responsible for the development of BPP’s Missouri and Illinois staff. Karen serves as Pension Analyst and has worked over six years as a dual employee for BPP and Brown Smith Wallace’s Entrepreneurial Services group. She is currently responsible for assisting BPP’s internal accountant with deposits, billing, and other administrative functions. Karen is a graduate from the University of Missouri- St. Louis (UMSL) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. Additionally, Karen serves as a member of the advisory board for Logan Valley Christian Retreat in Ellington, MO.  Email

Jennifer serves as a Relationship Manager and has nearly 20 years of retirement plan experience. She has worked with defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, Canadian retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, multiemployer plans, acquisitions and divestitures, actuarial valuations and compliance issues. As Relationship Manager, she is responsible for developing advisor and client relationships, preparing and analyzing plan documents, compliance testing, contribution calculations, and government filing requirements. Having spent much of her career with companies sponsoring large pension plans, she brings a unique perspective through her plan sponsor experience.  Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from McKendree University and is currently pursuing an industry designation.  Email
